All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Growing up in Germany I never had much exposure to the diseases that now seem to be everywhere, like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure/cholesterol, or cancer. When I heard about the occasional person getting one of those conditions I wondered what had made it happen. Why did this person become diabetic or why did he/she get cancer? This led me on a search for truth. Not knowing what I really wanted to do I ended up getting an engineering degree and started working in Germany. After a couple of years I got transferred to the U.S. and I noticed the huge differences in body sizes between Germany and the U.S. and kept wondering what was causing it. For many years I simply accepted the conventional wisdom that the obesity epidemic was caused by people eating too many calories and not getting enough exercise.
After several years of living in the U.S. I started gaining weight myself. From my normal adult weight of 150 - 160 pounds I ballooned all the way to 195. On top of my weight gain my blood pressure increased to well above 120/80 and my total cholesterol increased to above 220. During my annual physical the doctor pointed out that both my blood pressure and cholesterol were too high and he suggested to me to start taking cholesterol lowering medication. It was then that I asked the all important question: “What caused my high cholesterol?” The answer stayed with me forever. The doctor replied: “We don't know.” To me it seemed obvious that unless you can explain how something happened you don't have a lot of credibility. If you can't tell me what caused my condition how do I know that your prescribed treatment is the best remedy.
I was faced with a choice. Either I could put my faith in my doctor and follow his advice of starting a lifelong regimen of pharmaceutical drugs or I could explore other options. I decided to take things into my own hands. Initially, I started focusing on diet and nutrition, since this seemed the obvious place to start when one is overweight. There was so much conflicting information out there that the more I studied the more I got confused. Some people suggested that carbs were bad and the best thing for your health was to severely limit your carbohydrate intake and increase your protein consumption. Others said that too much meat and animal products are affecting your health and weight negatively. Some said fats were good others said they were bad. After a long period of trial and error I finally found a diet that works for me and I have been able to maintain my weight without any problems.
Finding the right diet was only half the battle though. Since I felt disappointed by the traditional medical system as far as dietary advice was concerned I started wondering whether the system is even interested in my health. The more I dug into it the more I realized that it is mostly about money or covering your bases in case you get sued. Another thing I quickly realized was that the government's advice was also not quite as independent as I had hoped. Many of the rules and regulations imposed by the government seem to be geared towards the benefit of some big corporations and/or industries rather than promoting health for the individual consumer. This meant that just like in the case of diet I also had to do my own investigation to find a path to optimal health.
In 2012 I found B.E.S.T. and I am eternally thankful to Dr. T. M. Morter Jr. and his family for everything I learned through Morter Health System. All their educational material is top notch and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody who is interested in health and truth. I devoured all their material and I honestly believe that the information I learned there is worth more than a medical degree in today's universities. It finally helped me understand where disease comes from and what can be done to make it unnecessary. I use plenty of the skills I learned from B.E.S.T. in my practice with great results.
Through B.E.S.T. I ended up finding Alphabiotics and I quickly realized that this is the thing I had been looking for all along. In fact both B.E.S.T. and Alphabiotics are based on the same principle that, in essence, disease is caused by intense and ongoing stress eventually breaking down the internal resistance of the body. I finally had an explanation why one person gets a disease while another doesn't. The actual symptoms of the disease become less important since virtually any symptom means that the body has been under more stress than it was able to handle. There are many ways to help the body eliminate the stress and I have personally experimented with many of them including meditation, yoga, neurofeedback and B.E.S.T. but, in my eyes, Alphabiotics is the fastest and most efficient method to restore balance to the body. Once the body is balanced it can actually heal whatever symptom is showing up. The feeling of being in balance is priceless. It is very empowering on a physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual level. As an engineer I am all for the most efficient method to reach a certain result. The result I strive for is to be in perfect health and balance. That's why I chose to go through the Alphabiotics training and share it with the world. Most everybody in the training has had an incredible story of how Alphabiotics turned their life or that of a close family member around. It is my mission to offer this gift to others, so they can have the same transformational experience.
